How can I book?

To book one of our services, you must submit your information in our Contact Us section and/or complete the client intake form. Once your information is submitted one of our consultants will contact you based on your preferred method of communication to complete your booking.

What are the payment options?

Our offers allow you to pay in installments through our website or by talking with one of our Agents.
You can make a payment via:
Credit card
PayPal (Depending on the Event)
Bank transfer

Why has my payment been declined?

Your credit card may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

Error entering card number. Check that the data entered is correct.
Credit card expired. If the card has not expired, check that the date has been entered correctly.

Error writing CVV / CVC card verification code: Check that you have correctly entered the card’s CVV code. The CVV Code is a security code that, on most cards, is found on the back of the card, in the signature area. For American Express the CVV code is the 4 digits that appear on the front of the card above the card number.

Credit limit, card limits and account balance. Verify that the card you are using has a sufficient balance. Most cards come with a preset limit between 600 USD to 1,200 USD. Verify with your bank that you are not exceeding the limit of your card. Remember that even if you have a balance in your bank account, you may have exceeded the daily or monthly limit of your card. In any case, you can contact your bank to extend the limits, or indicate that you are going to proceed with a purchase, specifying the amount.

Booking cancellation

Given the current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and with the aim of giving greater peace of mind we encourage all clients to obtain travel insurance.
Cancellations policies will vary and depends on the agreement of your event contract or travel booking.
